IMAGE LIKENESS AND VOICE RELEASE  AGREEMENT

California Jurisdiction and International Usage

This Image Likeness and Voice Release Agreement ("Release") is entered into by and between the undersigned participant ("Participant") and Path of the Oracle, Inc. This Release applies to the Intro to Channeling + Language of Light program and covers California jurisdiction as well as international usage.

1. Grant of Rights:

• Participant hereby grants Company the irrevocable, worldwide, and unrestricted right to use, reproduce, and publish photographs, video recordings, audio recordings, or other media that capture Participant's image, likeness, and voice during the virtual program.

2. Sole Ownership:

• Participant acknowledges and agrees that Company shall have sole ownership of the materials produced, including recordings, images, and any derivative works, in perpetuity.

3. Use of Materials:

• Company may use the materials for promotional, educational and resale purposes including but not limited to marketing materials, online content, self-paced digital course, social media, and other communication channels, both within and outside the United States.

4. No Compensation:

• Participant understands and agrees that no compensation, financial or otherwise, will be provided for the use of their image, likeness, and voice as outlined in this Release.

5. Release of Liability:

• Participant releases Company from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, actions, causes of action, costs, and expenses arising out of or in connection with the use of Participant's image, likeness, and voice.

6. Confidentiality:

• Company agrees to use the materials in a manner consistent with the purpose of the program and will not disclose any confidential information shared during program.

7. Governing Law:

• This Release shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.
